These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the Tickled Ink Design & Print Website.

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use this website if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves.
By purchasing a Tickled Ink Design & Print product, you are engaging in our service and agree at all times to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. When you purchase one of our products or use our event services, we assume that you have read and understood the following.
Shipping & Delivery of your product
As many of our designs are made to order, once your order has been placed and payment has cleared, we will lovingly and individually create your product for you asap.
Because of this, it can take between 3-15 business days before your items are dispatched. After this time, your order can take anywhere from 3 to 7 business days to reach you via ‘Regular Post’ or 1-2 Business Days via ‘Express Post’ depending on the option selected at checkout.
If you require your order by a specific date please notify us of this and we will try our best to meet your deadline.
Please ensure all shipping information provided is correct, this includes where applicable i.e. Company name, Level, Building Number and Contact Name. Failure to do so may result in your parcel being returned to Tickled Ink Design & Print HQ. A return to our HQ incurs a $10.20 fee for all orders within Australia (International fees vary depending on shipping zones) and a further $12.00 flat rate to resend the parcel to the appropriate address ($22.40 via Regular Post).
Tickled Ink Design & Print aims to provide our customers with quality products and services.
When purchasing one of our products or services, we need to collect certain pieces of information from you. This information includes identifiable information such as your name, email address and postal address. This information is used strictly to provide you with the best service possible and deliver your products to you. None of your personal information is shared with anyone for any reason.
We accept payment via PayPal or Stripe Payment. We will only complete your order once payment has been made and has cleared.
Tickled Ink Design & Print reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason. Tickled Ink Design & Print also reserves the right to cancel an order placed with us at any time, without consequence. We will inform you, as soon as practicable, if there is a delay or cancellation in relation to your order.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We take great care during the process of creating, packing and shipping your product orders. As such, they should arrive to you in perfect condition. In the rare event that orders are either faulty or are damaged in transit, we ask that you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 business days of receiving your faulty or damaged order, however Tickled Ink Design & Print can not be held accountable for products being lost or damaged during transit.
Please include in your communications your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage or fault so that we may assess it. Your photograph must be a full picture of the product including the label so that we can see, clearly, the damage or error claimed on the relevant product.
Once we have assessed the product, we will be in touch with you. Refunds will only be given in the event that a product is deemed to be faulty or damaged and is excluding the cost of delivery. Similarly if a replacement product is necessary we will ship it to you as soon as possible (keeping in mind that it may require time to create a new product).
We do not provide refunds or exchanges simply for change of mind.
Personalised product orders can take up to 15 business days to dispatch. Normal delivery times will apply on top of this time. Tickled Ink Design & Print apologises for any inconvenience that this may cause to our users.
As stated above, we do not provide customers with refunds or exchanges for change of mind. This is because our products are made to order and many of them are specifically personalised to suit you.
Intellectual Property & Content
All designs, logos, artwork and written copy on this website are the property of Tickled Ink Design & Print. They may not be reproduced in part or whole without the express authority of Tickled Ink Design & Print.
This also applies to any intellectual property that exists on any of our advertising or promotional material or social media.
We love sharing our brand with you via social media. We do, however, have certain standards of behavior and conduct that apply throughout our brand. We reserve the right to block, delete or report any user that we deem as being in breach of these standards. Foul language and abuse in comments will not be tolerated.
We invite you to share our pictures on your own social media pages. These images, however, remain at all times the copyright property of Tickled Ink Design & Print. We ask that users credit us as the owner of those images when sharing.
We are always thrilled to see our happy customers sharing their own images of our products. We love to share these on our own social media and will always credit you when doing so. By posting a picture of our products we assume that we are able to re- post your image. Please contact us and inform us if you do not wish for your personal images to be shared.
From time to time, there may be links to third party websites, brands or social media accounts provided through the Tickled Ink Design & Print brand. We do not take responsibility for any information or views expressed on these linked pages. We also do not examine or police the policies on these websites. It is always the responsibility of the user to use their own discretion when engaging in the service of these third parties. We do not take responsibility and are not liable for the content included in any third party publication.
Changes to our website
Tickled Ink Designs may make any changes to our website or service at any time without notice or consequence. Any such changes will appear on our website and will take effect and apply to all users as soon as they are published.
Furthermore, we reserve the right to make changes to the prices of our products at any time.

Removal of links from our website
If you find any link on our Web site or any linked website objectionable for any reason, you may contact us about this. We will consider requests to remove links but will have no obligation to do so or to respond directly to you.

Competitions, Giveaways & Promotions
Any promotional competitions or giveaways run through the Tickled Ink Design & Print brand will include their own set of Terms and Conditions. In general, any promotion will be run for a specified period of time and will include certain requirements to be complied with in order to enter and be considered. All promotional winners will be determined by Tickled Ink Design & Print based solely on the entry.
Tickled Ink Design & Print reserves the right to cancel, suspend, alter or modify any current promotion at any time during the promotion. Any changes to promotions will be updated in the Terms and Conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website (including, without limitation, any warranties implied by law in respect of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and/or the use of reasonable care and skill).
